Preventive Dentistry
Depending on the needs of each patient, a biannual or annual inspection is necessitated, as well as a cleaning of the teeth. During this process, we clean the teeth of plaque, calculus (hardened plaque or ‘tartar’), and remove surface staining, preventing tooth decay and gingivitis.
The cleaning of teeth is carried out using hand tools and ultrasound, and after its completion, we polish the teeth, by removing the staining of the outer surface of enamel.

Oral hygiene instructions
- Brush your teeth after every meal.
- You must visit your dentist every six months, in order to check your teeth twice a year.
- You must replace your toothbrush every three months, as a worn toothbrush does not remove correctly the dental plaque, and it can also hurt your gums.
- You must use dental floss.
